This was our first time renting a trailer.The folks at OCRV were very helpful helping us to decide what we were looking for and giving us the proper information.We felt after checking elswhere that ocrv's prices were very fair.When I went to pick up the trailer,the guys in the yard were courtious and very through in explaining everything.I felt confident and safe when leaving their facility.After a great week of camping we returned the trailer and were in and out in no time.Everyone we delt with at ocrv were informative and professional.Next time (and there will be a next time) we will bypass the other phone calls and call ocrv.Mark Mora |
